Dynapac CC1250 Asphalt Double Drum Roller
Dynapac’s new articulated compact tandem roller – the CC1250 – is designed for compaction on city streets, where size and noise matter most. The new roller has an operating weight range up to 3100 kg. This model features an improved design and a new engine, which is quieter than ever. Dynapac has created this roller with both the operator and quality roads in mind.
This double drum model features vibration and drive on both drums. The large drum diameter makes them especially effective on soft asphalt. The ratio of drum diameter to static linear load reduces the risk of cracks. Although this roller is perfect for urban areas, streets and roads.
Forward and reverse movement of seat and improved visibility results better compaction. This is true even close to high curbs because of the ample clearance at the edge of the drums.
This roller feature a new control panel, lower noise and vibration levels to reduce operator fatigue. A very low center of gravity keeps the machines stable, and sturdy handgrips and boarding steps make it safer to get on and off the machine.
An interlock system prevents accidental engine starting. Automatic brake lock is applied if the engine stops or if there is a problem in the hydraulic or electric brake circuits.
A separate filter in the water system mean no clogged sprinkler nozzles. The entire system can be drained easily without special tools. Filters for hydraulic fluid, engine oil and fuel are easily accessible.

The new Dynapac CC1250 is powered by a 26 kw watercooled Kubota diesel engine. Important especially during night work is the very low noise level, which is good for the operator and the city around him.
It features a new electric system with an Electronic Control Unit. The ECU controls all vital electric functions on the machine and makes the electric system even more reliable. Long service intervals mean fewer oil changes and less money spent on routine maintenance. The corrosion-free water tanks are made of impact-resistant and recyclable polyethylene plastic.
