EXCELLENT SERVICE DRIVES DYNAPAC ROLLER SALES
Attcall is a civil contracting business based in Narellan, New South Wales. Since 1995 the business has grown to over 100 employees with projects ranging from the construction of retail warehouses to railways.
Attcall Civil Contractors is well known throughout Sydney for providing specialist services in civil construction, demolition, earthmoving, excavation, plant and tipper hire.

He adds, “An existing strong relationship with Construction Equipment Australia (CEA) was the reason for the recent purchase of seven Dynapac rollers.”
With a focus on major civil construction projects, Attcall is currently working on the North West rail link. CEA has supplied Attcall with three Dynapac asphalt combi rollers and five Dynapac single drum vibratory soil rollers for the project.
“We have purchased machines off CEA before but this our first time buying a Dynapac,” says Clinton. “We decided to purchase the Dynapac rollers because of our strong relationship with CEA.”
Previously Attcall was hiring Dynapac machines to use on various civil construction projects.
“When we were hiring the Dynapac machines we sometimes had issues with availability,” says Clinton, “Now that we have purchased our own Dynapac rollers we can use them anytime.”
He says, “We decided to purchase the machines off CEA because they offer good customer service, machine servicing, parts and warranties.”
Attcall’s reputation is based on delivering high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
“If a roller stopped working this would cause major issues on site,” says Clinton “It would have a domino effect with the use of all other construction machines put on hold.”
He adds, “These types of delays would affect our productivity, costs and reputation.”
“Our good relationship with CEA means that we know that we will receive good after-sales support which is important to us.”
